Supporting industry best practice
All leather for the products on display at Arley Rae Australia, 58 Mitchell Street, Darwin NT, and for sale online via arleyrae.com is purchased from The Darwin Crocodile Farm, a major commercial producer of Crocodylus porosus (saltwater crocodile).
The Darwin Crocodile Farm follows industry best practice and commercially produce crocodile skins in a sustainable manner, whilst protecting and promoting northern Australia's wild crocodile population.
Established in 1981, the farm has an international reputation for its production of quality skins.
Crocodiles are bred and raised on the farm under the Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife Commission's Crocodile Management Program, to produce superior quality crocodile skins.

Permits
Arley Rae Australia is licensed to sell Australian saltwater crocodile products through both our local regulatory department, NT Parks and Wildlife, and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). Every Australian saltwater crocodile product that leaves our shop comes with the export permits required depending on its destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: The international movement of Australian saltwater crocodile products is regulated by CITES and the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. For international orders, please allow up to one week for the necessary CITES export permits to be processed and approval for shipment to be granted. Export CITES permits will be supplied by Arley Rae Australia for international purchases. Each country has its own import requirements, and some may require the receiver to arrange for CITES import permits. For more details, please refer to Appendix II species on the CITES website. Additionally, any applicable import costs or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If you are unsure about permit requirements in your country, please reach out to us at shop@croccove.com and we can assist.
